Short answer. Ozari refunds in full only if a clinician declines you before a prescription is issued or sent to a pharmacy; once a prescription is routed, the order is final. Ozari One bills $375 every three months and renews; cancellation is by text or email before the next cycle is sent to the pharmacy, with no guaranteed window. Semi-annual and annual plans refund early cancellations after re-rating used months at $235. Ozari One is not sold in California.

Ozari One made news in October 2026 with compounded tirzepatide at $125 a month, the same price at every dose. The price is real. So are the terms underneath it, and they are spread across a refund policy, a terms page and a set of state pages that most patients will not read before the first charge. This article puts the relevant sentences in one place.
Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Ozari Health below is quoted from its own published policy pages on October 17, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Ozari Health's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.
When Ozari refunds, and when it doesn't
The refund policy has one hard line, and it is earlier than most patients expect:
“You qualify for a full refund of all amounts paid if a licensed provider reviews your health intake and determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, provided no prescription has yet been issued or sent to a pharmacy.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy, last updated August 2026
“Once a prescription has been approved and routed to the dispensing pharmacy, your order is considered final.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy
The cutoff is routing, not dispensing or shipping. If the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and you change your mind the same afternoon, the policy as written treats the charge as final. The terms page says the same thing more bluntly: “The purchase of Products are non-refundable,” with the exception of a refund when a prescription is medically inappropriate (Terms of Service, last updated February 15, 2026).
What renews, and how you stop it
Ozari One is sold as “$125/mo, billed $375 every 3 months,” and the state pages state the renewal plainly: “Renews at $597 every 3 months” for Select quarterly, and “Billed $375 up front, then every 3 months” for One (Ozari Health, California page). The refund policy describes how to avoid a renewal charge:
“Monthly and Quarterly cycles are simply never charged if you cancel before they're sent to the pharmacy — once sent, that charge is final.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy
“If you spot an error in your intake or need to cancel, reach out as quickly as possible. Text message is the fastest way to reach us — email may not be reviewed in time to halt pharmacy transmission.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy
“The exact length depends on how quickly your intake is reviewed, so timing is never guaranteed.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Two practical consequences. First, there is no published cancellation deadline, so the safe assumption is that a renewal must be cancelled well before the quarter ends, by text. Second, the terms page adds a separate rule for subscriptions: “Subscription-based Products and/or Services require a minimum 3-month commitment,” and “You may cancel a subscription 15 days before the next monthly processing date (after your 3-month commitment has concluded) by emailing your cancellation request to support@ozarihealth.com” (Terms of Service). The refund policy says text; the terms say email with 15 days' notice. If you ever need to stop a renewal, do both, in writing, and keep the timestamps.
Early cancellation on semi-annual and annual plans
Ozari Select's lower monthly rates ($175 semi-annual, $140 annual) are paid up front: $1,050 and $1,680 respectively (Ozari Health, California page). The refund math if you leave early:
“If you cancel before your plan is complete, the months of treatment you have already used will be recalculated at our standard monthly price instead of your discounted Annual or Semi-Annual rate. Your refund will equal the amount you paid, less the cost of the months already used at the standard monthly rate.” — Ozari Health, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Worked example from the published numbers: an annual tirzepatide plan is $1,680. Leave after four months and those months are re-rated at the standard $235, so $940 is deducted and roughly $740 comes back. The discount you were paying for is removed retroactively, which is a common structure for prepaid plans and worth understanding before paying for a year.
Pause, skip and California
Neither the refund policy nor the terms page mentions pausing or skipping a shipment; the published mechanism for not receiving a cycle is cancelling before it is sent. On geography, the California page states “Ozari One is not available in California,” and that California patients are served on Ozari Select at $235 a month or $597 every three months (Ozari Health, California page). The reason is not stated.
How Ozari Health's terms compare with SkinnyVIP's
| Term | Ozari Health (quoted from its published policies) | SkinnyVIP |
|---|---|---|
| Renewal | Ozari One: "Billed $375 up front, then every 3 months." Select quarterly: "Renews at $597 every 3 months." | Nothing renews. The 3-month plan ($695, any dose) and the 1-month plan ($350) are each a single purchase; you place the next order when you want it. |
| Refund cutoff | Full refund only if declined "provided no prescription has yet been issued or sent to a pharmacy." Once "routed to the dispensing pharmacy, your order is considered final." | Refundable until the pharmacy dispenses. Full refund of the medication cost if a licensed clinician does not prescribe. |
| How to stop | Cancel "before they're sent to the pharmacy"; "Text message is the fastest way"; "timing is never guaranteed." Terms page: email 15 days before the next processing date after a 3-month minimum. | Nothing to cancel. Email hello@skinnyvip.com before dispensing to stop a cycle; there is no notice period. |
| Fees | No membership fee stated. Prepaid plans re-rate used months at $235 on early cancellation. | No membership or platform fee. |
| Price by dose | Same price at every dose (One: tirzepatide with B12 only). | Same price at every dose. |

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm
- Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
- Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
- What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
- What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund from Ozari Health after my prescription is approved?
Not under the published policy. Ozari's refund policy states that once a prescription has been approved and routed to the dispensing pharmacy, the order is considered final. A full refund applies only if a clinician determines treatment is not appropriate before a prescription is issued or sent to a pharmacy.
Does Ozari One renew automatically?
Yes. Ozari's state pages describe Ozari One as billed $375 up front, then every three months, and Ozari Select quarterly as renewing at $597 every three months. The refund policy says a cycle is not charged if you cancel before it is sent to the pharmacy, and that timing is never guaranteed.
How do I cancel Ozari Health?
Ozari's refund policy says to reach out as quickly as possible and that text message is the fastest way, because email may not be reviewed in time to halt pharmacy transmission. Its terms page separately says a subscription may be cancelled by emailing support@ozarihealth.com 15 days before the next processing date, after a three-month minimum. Doing both in writing is the cautious approach.
What happens if I cancel an Ozari annual or semi-annual plan early?
Per Ozari's refund policy, months already used are recalculated at the standard monthly price ($235 for tirzepatide) instead of the discounted rate, and the refund equals what you paid less that amount. On a $1,680 annual plan, leaving after four months deducts about $940.
Is Ozari One available in California?
No. Ozari's California page states that Ozari One is not available in California and that California patients are served on Ozari Select at $235 a month or $597 every three months. SkinnyVIP's pricing is the same in every state it serves: $695 for three months at any dose, or $350 for one month, with nothing renewing.
A program where nothing renews.
$695 for a 3-month plan (any dose, about $232 a month) or $350 for a single month. Refundable until the pharmacy dispenses. Full refund of the medication cost if a licensed clinician does not prescribe. A real person answers within one hour, 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm ET.
