Why one price for every dose?

A lot of GLP-1 telehealth companies advertise one number, then quietly upcharge you when your physician moves you to a higher dose. We don't. One price covers every dose in your therapeutic range — from your starting dose all the way through maintenance.

Whether your physician keeps you at 2.5 mg or titrates you up to 15 mg, you pay the same $695 per 3-month plan. No "upgrade fee," no membership tier, no surprise at checkout. Just one transparent price.

If you decide to stop, you simply stop — there's nothing to cancel because there's no subscription.

Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under physician supervision. It is not an FDA-approved product.

Also Available

Compounded Semaglutide

If you specifically want compounded semaglutide instead of tirzepatide, that's a conversation to have with your physician during your consultation. The right medication for you depends on your medical history, dose tolerance, and treatment goals — not on a webpage.

Same physician-led care. Same no-membership, no-contract, no-auto-billing model. Pricing is determined by your physician based on the dose and 3-month supply quantity that's right for you. We'll quote your exact price before any prescription is written — no surprises.
Ask About Semaglutide →

Compounded semaglutide is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under physician supervision. It is not an FDA-approved product. Most patients on a GLP-1 program achieve stronger results with tirzepatide — your physician will help you decide which is right for you.

Common Questions

Pricing FAQ

Does the price change as my dose increases? +
Yes — prices above reflect starting doses. As your physician titrates your dose upward based on your response, the amount of medication per vial increases, which can affect cost. Your physician will always discuss any pricing change with you before it happens. You are never surprised.
Are there any subscription or membership fees? +
No. SkinnyVIP has no monthly membership, no subscription fees, and no auto-refills. You order when you're ready for your next supply. The prices shown are all-inclusive — medication, physician consultation, and delivery.
Which medication is right for me — tirzepatide or semaglutide? +
Both are GLP-1 receptor agonists studied in clinical trials. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist (the molecule used in FDA-approved Mounjaro and Zepbound from Eli Lilly) and tends to produce greater average weight loss in clinical trials. Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist (the molecule used in FDA-approved Ozempic and Wegovy from Novo Nordisk) and has a longer track record. Compounded preparations of these molecules are not FDA-approved and are separate products from the branded versions. Your physician will help you decide based on your health history and goals.
Is the consultation fee included? +
Yes. The physician consultation is included in your medication price. There is no separate consultation fee. Follow-up check-ins throughout your treatment are also included.
What if I want to stop treatment? +
Simply don't reorder. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts to exit, and no penalties. You control your treatment timeline entirely.
Does insurance cover this? +
Insurance does not cover compounded GLP-1 medications — only branded versions (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) are eligible for insurance coverage, and only with qualifying diagnoses. SkinnyVIP's out-of-pocket pricing is designed to be competitive with (and often lower than) the insurance copays and savings card pricing on branded medications.
