SkinnyVIP is a Florida practice: administrative office in St. Petersburg, founding physician licensed in Florida, Spanish-speaking team in Miami. Most Florida-facing tirzepatide sites are out-of-state marketing pages. This one is not.
One price, any dose. $695 for a 3-month plan (about $232 a month) or $350 for a single month, whether you are at 2.5 mg or 15 mg. The price includes the clinician evaluation, the medication, supplies, follow-up messaging and shipping. No membership fee, no consultation fee, no shipping fee.
Nothing renews. We do not store your card. A refill happens only when you ask for one. There is nothing to cancel because nothing subscribes you.
A Florida clinician chain. For Florida patients, the founding physician, licensed in Florida, reviews the intake and writes the prescription when appropriate. Prescription is not guaranteed. SkinnyVIP does not itself prescribe; the licensed clinician who evaluates you does.
A person answers. Text (305) 930-6467, message the HIPAA-secure portal, or email hello@skinnyvip.com. A person, never a bot, answers within one hour, 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm ET, in English or Spanish. Página en español.
Not prescribed? Full refund of the medication cost.
1. Complete the online health form (about 5 minutes). Florida law allows licensed clinicians to evaluate and prescribe through telehealth; most Florida patients are evaluated asynchronously, and if a video visit is needed we tell you before any charge.
2. A licensed clinician reviews your history. Typical candidates are adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition; the clinician decides.
3. If approved, you pay once. A state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, licensed to ship into Florida, prepares and ships your medication with supplies, typically arriving within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Florida heat tip: your vial ships cold-packed; refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and do not leave the box on a porch or in a car. Follow the pharmacy label's storage and beyond-use date. See our dosing and storage reference.
Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach: our Spanish-speaking team is based in Miami; same price, same clinician chain, atención en español.
Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota: our administrative office is at 7901 4th St. N, STE 300, St. Petersburg; care is by telehealth, there are no in-person visits.
Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola and the rest of the state: identical service by telehealth, shipped to your door anywhere in Florida.
