How to verify SkinnyVIP
before you pay

The questions a careful patient should ask any telehealth provider, answered in writing and in advance. Nothing here is a promise about results. It is what you can check.

Direct Answer

SkinnyVIP is a physician-founded telehealth practice in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prescriptions are written by clinicians licensed in your state and filled by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies; our partners include named pharmacies in Florida and Texas. You are charged once per plan, nothing renews, and you are refunded in full if the clinician does not prescribe. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Every claim on this page can be checked against your patient portal, your medication label, or the public record.

1 · Who prescribes

A clinician licensed in your state

Your intake is reviewed by a clinician licensed in the state you live in. Depending on that state’s law, the prescriber is a physician, a physician assistant, or a nurse practitioner. The clinician’s name and license number appear in your patient portal and on your prescription before any medication ships, so you can look them up with your state licensing board. SkinnyVIP was founded by a physician and is run by a small team; no chatbot makes or relays clinical decisions.

2 · Which pharmacy fills it

Named pharmacies, printed on your label

Prescriptions are filled by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy chosen for your state, your prescription and your price. Our pharmacy partners include:

  • Hallandale Pharmacy — Florida. PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy.
  • Striker Pharmacy — Texas. 503A sterile compounding pharmacy.

The pharmacy’s name and address are printed on your medication label. State license numbers for any pharmacy that fills your prescription are available on request from hello@skinnyvip.com. We use 503A pharmacies, which means medication is compounded for a specific patient under a specific prescription, not manufactured in bulk.

3 · What you are getting

Compounded tirzepatide, prepared per prescription

Your medication is compounded tirzepatide prepared for you by the pharmacy named on your label. Concentration and volume are printed on the label. Whether any additional ingredient is appropriate is decided by your clinician with the pharmacy, so not every patient receives the same formulation. Lot-specific quality documentation is held by the dispensing pharmacy; ask us and we will request it on your behalf.

4 · What you pay, and when

One charge per plan. Nothing renews.

$695 for a 3-month plan or $350 for one month, at any dose from 2.5 to 15 mg per week. The price does not change when your dose changes. Your card is charged at checkout. If the licensed clinician does not prescribe, you receive a full refund — no consultation fee kept, no restocking charge. Nothing renews: you place every reorder yourself. There is no membership fee and no platform fee.

5 · Who answers

A person, within one hour

Messages are answered by a person on the care team within one hour, 7 days a week, 9am–9pm ET, by text or through the encrypted patient portal. No chatbots handle patient care. How our support works →

6 · Regulatory status

What compounded means

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under physician supervision and is a separate product from FDA-approved Mounjaro® and Zepbound® (Eli Lilly). Side effects may occur. Your clinician reviews your health history before prescribing, and a prescription is not guaranteed.

7 · Who we are

Business identity

SkinnyVIP · 7901 4th St. N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 · hello@skinnyvip.com · (305) 930-6467. Physician-founded. Veteran-owned and woman-led operations (self-declared; no certification seals are used).

Ask any provider these six questions before you pay

Send this list to any telehealth company you are considering, including us. A provider that answers all six in writing is one you can check.

  1. Which compounding pharmacy will fill my prescription, and where is it located?
  2. Is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility, and can I have its state license number?
  3. Who is the clinician who will evaluate me, and are they licensed in my state?
  4. What is the exact concentration and volume I will receive, and is quality documentation available?
  5. What am I charged, when, and does anything renew automatically?
  6. What happens to my payment if I am not prescribed?

SkinnyVIP’s answers are sections 1–6 above.

Ready to be evaluated?
