Short answer. Alloy’s tirzepatide page says “Starting at $100.00” for a “1-month supply,” and its weight page says “Alloy Weight Care is $99/month plus the cost of medication,” so the two published figures add to $199 a month at the starting medication price. The terms describe a “continuous” subscription that is “automatically renewed” unless you cancel “seven (7) days before the end of the then-current subscription period”; shipment changes need “five (5) business days”; “Subscription or membership fees, telemedicine consultation fees, and any other service-related charges are non-refundable”; and product refunds are “available only on the first shipment.” Three pharmacies are named. The pages we read do not state whether you are refunded if a clinician does not prescribe.

Alloy is a menopause-focused telehealth brand that added compounded GLP-1s to its line. Its pricing is split in two on its own pages: a monthly care fee and a separate medication price, which is a structure patients often miss when they see the headline number. The terms page, last revised May 28, 2026, carries the renewal, cancellation and refund rules. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Alloy below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Alloy's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.

What the product pages say

“Starting at $100.00” — Alloy, compounded tirzepatide page, read October 19, 2026
“What am I getting: 1-month supply of compounded tirzepatide.” — Alloy, compounded tirzepatide page
“$99 monthly fee includes unlimited messaging with your menopause-specialized doctor, wellness check-ins, side-effect management, dose adjustments, and long-term planning.” — Alloy, compounded tirzepatide page
“Alloy Weight Care is $99/month plus the cost of medication. Medication starting at $70/month.” — Alloy, weight page
“Save $50 on your first month of care (regularly $99) with code STARTGLP1. Medication cost is additional. New customers only.” — Alloy, weight page
“Compounded medications are not available in AL, AR, CA, NV, LA, MS & DC.” — Alloy, weight page

Two numbers, two charges. The $99 is the monthly Alloy Weight Care fee; the $100 is the starting price of a one-month tirzepatide supply. At the starting price that is $199 a month, with $50 off the first month of the care fee for new customers using the code. The tirzepatide page does not publish what the medication costs above the starting dose, so ask in writing what your dose will cost before the first renewal. Compounded medications are not offered in seven jurisdictions listed on the page.

What the terms say about renewal

“We charge a subscription fee for you to use and access the Website and its features, your subscription is continuous and will be automatically renewed at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription seven (7) days before the end of the then-current subscription period by either sending an email to support@myalloy.com stating your request to cancel your membership or by cancelling via your account dashboard.” — Alloy, Terms of Use, last revised May 28, 2026
“Alloy Products are offered on a subscription basis.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Alloy may change the price for your Alloy subscription from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Alloy Services after the price change takes effect.” — Alloy, Terms of Use

The subscription is continuous by default and renews unless you act a week before the period ends. Price changes take effect at the next period and are accepted by continuing to use the service, so a renewal email that mentions a new price is the moment to decide.

How to stop, and when it’s too late

“If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“You may cancel or pause your shipments by logging into your account.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Cancel or pause requests must be submitted five (5) business days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.” — Alloy, Terms of Use

There are two clocks: seven days before the end of the subscription period for the membership itself, and five business days before the next shipment processes for the medication. Missing the second one means a shipment, and a charge, you did not want. Cancel both in the dashboard and keep the confirmations.

Refunds

“Alloy offers refunds solely on physical Products.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Subscription or membership fees, telemedicine consultation fees, and any other service-related charges are non-refundable.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Refunds are available only on the first shipment of each Product.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Refund requests for Products must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the applicable shipment.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Prescription Products cannot be returned once dispensed under applicable pharmacy regulations.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Medications sold directly from the manufacturer such as LillyDirect are not eligible for refund by Alloy.” — Alloy, Terms of Use

The $99 care fee and any consultation fee are non-refundable in all cases. Product refunds exist but only for the first shipment of each product, requested within 30 days, and dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned. The pages we read on October 19, 2026 do not state what happens to a medication charge if a clinician does not prescribe; the weight page says only that “Not all individuals will qualify for medication-based treatment.” Ask that question in writing before paying.

The pharmacies

“Alloy uses 3 pharmacies:” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Curexa Pharmacy, located at 10 Canale drive Egg Harbor Township NJ 08234.” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“BLEND Pharmacy, located at 6171 Huntley Rd, STE J, Columbus, OH 43229” — Alloy, Terms of Use
“Gogo Pharmacy, located at 525 Alexandria Pike, Suite 100, Southgate, KY 41071” — Alloy, Terms of Use

Alloy names its three pharmacies with addresses, which is more than most programs publish. Which one fills your prescription is a question for support.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm

  1. Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
  2. Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
  3. What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
  4. What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
