Short answer. Fourteen of the 19 online GLP-1 programs below describe automatic renewal as the default on their own pages; three (GobyMeds, OrderlyMeds, Rx.com) say they have none, and two (Curex, Affinity Direct) offer a one-time order alongside a subscription. Eight state a refund if a clinician does not prescribe; the rest do not address it in plain terms. Cancellation deadlines range from “before the pharmacy gets the order” to 30 days’ notice to the end of a 12-month commitment. Each row links to a full write-up that quotes the program’s own pages, with links.

The 7 questions to ask before you pay → · How SkinnyVIP's terms work →

Every program in this table publishes a price. Fewer publish, in one place, whether that price renews, how far ahead you have to cancel, and when your money stops being refundable. We read those pages for 19 programs and wrote up each one separately, quoting the sentences that matter. This page is the index: one row per program, condensed, with the full quoted write-up one click away.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and our row is at the bottom of the table so you can compare directly. Nothing here is a judgment of any program’s clinical care, which I have no way to assess. Each cell is a condensed version of what the program itself published on the date noted in its write-up; where a program did not address a question, the cell says “not stated.”

Cells condense each program’s own published pages as read in October 2026; the exact sentences and source links are in each write-up. Programs change terms, and the program’s current page controls. “Not stated” means we did not find the point addressed in plain terms on the pages we read.

Three patterns to notice

Two clocks, not one. Hims & Hers, Ro, Alloy, Mochi Health, Ivím Health and WeightWatchers Clinic bill a membership separately from medication. Each has its own renewal and, in several cases, its own cancellation. Stopping the medication does not always stop the fee; the write-ups quote the sentence that says so.

The commitment is the price. The advertised monthly figures at the low end of the table (Henry Meds’ $234, NexLife’s $139, Ro’s $74 membership, Found’s $239, WeightWatchers’ $74) require a prepaid 12-month term or a 6- or 12-month commitment. Several programs say the remaining balance is owed or the prepaid amount is non-refundable if you stop early.

“Sent to the pharmacy” is the real deadline. Whatever the billing rule, most programs make the medication charge final at a moment that is earlier than shipping: when the order is routed to the pharmacy, when the prescription is written, or when fulfillment begins. Find that sentence before the first order.

Frequently asked questions

Which GLP-1 programs do not auto-renew?

Of the 19 programs in this table, GobyMeds, OrderlyMeds and Rx.com say on their own pages that they have no subscriptions or automatic renewals; each refill is a new order after a check-in. Curex and Affinity Direct offer a one-time order alongside a renewing subscription. The other 14 describe automatically renewing billing as the default. SkinnyVIP does not renew and does not store your card.

Which programs refund the charge if the clinician does not prescribe?

Affinity Direct, BrightMeds, Curex, GobyMeds, OrderlyMeds, Ozari Health, Ro and Rx.com state a refund if no prescription is issued, per their own pages. The others do not address that case in plain terms, which is why those rows say so; ask in writing before paying. SkinnyVIP refunds the full medication cost if a licensed clinician does not prescribe.

What is the most common cancellation deadline?

Forty-eight hours before the next billing date appears most often (Ro, Henry Meds, Ivím Health, and Hims with a two-day rule). BrightMeds uses 5 business days, Alloy 7 days, Embody 72 hours, NexLife 30 days' notice, Noom 11:59 p.m. Eastern the day before billing, and WeightWatchers Clinic cancellations take effect at the end of a 6- or 12-month commitment. Programs without subscriptions use the moment the order reaches the pharmacy instead.

Why do some programs charge a membership fee on top of medication?

Hims & Hers, Ro, Alloy, Mochi Health, Ivím Health and WeightWatchers Clinic bill a membership or platform fee separately from medication, each with its own renewal. On those programs, cancelling the medication does not necessarily cancel the fee; the full write-ups quote the relevant sentences.

How current is this table?

Every row is condensed from a full write-up that quotes the program's own pages, read on the date shown in that write-up (October 2026). Programs change terms; if a row no longer matches what you see on a program's site, the program's current page controls, and we would like to know so we can update it.

A program where nothing renews.

$695 for a 3-month plan (any dose, about $232 a month) or $350 for a single month. Refundable until the pharmacy dispenses. Full refund of the medication cost if a licensed clinician does not prescribe. No membership, no stored card, nothing to cancel.
