Short answer. OrderlyMeds’ pricing page lists “Compounded Tirzepatide GLP-1/GIP injections” at “$149/mo” as a “2 month starter” program (“$299 for 2 months,” “only available to new customers”), with the monthly plan at “$299” and “Your next month of medication will be priced at our standard monthly rates.” Its multi-month page prices 3 months at “$1,047 for 2.5mg, 5mg or 7.5mg doses, $1,197 for 10mg, 12.5mg or 15mg.” There is no subscription: “you are only charged when you request a refill through our check in process.” “Your payment is secure and fully refundable if our providers determine you’re ineligible,” but “Once your prescription is written after your medical consultation, cancellation is no longer possible.” Five pharmacies are named.

OrderlyMeds sells compounded tirzepatide one order at a time with no membership and no auto-renewal, which puts it closer to our model than most programs in this series. The things to read carefully are the gap between the $149 starter price and the $299 standard price, the dose-based pricing on multi-month plans, and the point at which an order can no longer be cancelled. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.
Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to OrderlyMeds below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of OrderlyMeds' clinical care, which I have no way to assess.
What the pricing pages say
“Our most popular GLP-1/GIP injectable product is available for as little as $149 per month when purchased as a 2 month starter program ($299 total for 2 months), or when purchased month-to-month.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs, read October 19, 2026
“*Special offer pricing only available to new customers” — OrderlyMeds, pricing page
“Your next month of medication will be priced at our standard monthly rates.” — OrderlyMeds, pricing page
“Our compounded GLP-1 injections are $149 per month, and out compounded GLP-1/GIP injections are $299 per month.” — OrderlyMeds, pricing page (sentence as published)
“No! All of our medication is available for the same price per dosage.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“$1,047 for 2.5mg, 5mg or 7.5mg doses, $1,197 for 10mg, 12.5mg or 15mg” — OrderlyMeds, multi-month tirzepatide page (3-month plan)
“The higher doses are priced at $399 per month because of the increased dosage.” — OrderlyMeds, multi-month tirzepatide page
“We have no membership fees or hidden costs—what you see is what you pay!” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
The $149 a month is a new-customer starter special for two months; the pricing page says the next month is at the standard rate, and the standard monthly rate for the GLP-1/GIP (tirzepatide) injection is $299. The FAQ says every medication is the same price per dosage, but the multi-month page prices the higher doses above the lower ones ($1,197 versus $1,047 for three months, and “$399 per month” for higher doses). Confirm which applies to your dose and plan before paying.
What the pages say about renewal
“Our products are available for purchase with no commitment.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“There are no hidden fees or subscriptions required to get started, and you are only charged when you request a refill through our check in process.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“Currently, we require full payment for each month’s medication at the time of ordering.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“We take payment for all vials upfront, and send all vials to you in one shipment.” — OrderlyMeds, multi-month tirzepatide page
Nothing renews; each refill is a check-in and a new charge. Multi-month plans are paid in full up front and shipped at once, which is also how the pricing works: a three-month order is one payment of $1,047 or $1,197.
How to stop, and when it’s too late
“When you sign up, you can cancel any time before the doctor finalizes your prescription, unless you’ve selected a multi-month plan.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“Once your prescription is written after your medical consultation, cancellation is no longer possible.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
Because there is no subscription, “cancelling” means stopping an order you already paid for, and the window closes when the prescription is written, which is before dispensing and before shipping. The FAQ also carves out multi-month plans from the pre-prescription cancellation right; ask what that means for a $1,047 order before placing it.
Refunds
“Your payment is secure and fully refundable if our providers determine you’re ineligible.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“If you’re denied a prescription, don’t worry—we’ll fully refund your payment!” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order accordingly (which includes charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.” — OrderlyMeds, Terms & Conditions, last updated September 24, 2024
A full refund if a clinician does not prescribe. After the prescription is written, the FAQ says cancellation is no longer possible, and the pages we read publish no refund path for a dispensed or shipped order. The terms page we read is from September 2024 and does not address refunds beyond pricing errors.
The pharmacies
“We currently partner with PerfectRx/PerfectionRx, ProRx, Casa, Pharmacy Hub and SmartPharmaRx.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“All our pharmacy partners are 503A designated.” — OrderlyMeds, FAQs
“Prescriptions may also be transferred among the Pharmacies without notice.” — OrderlyMeds, Terms & Conditions
OrderlyMeds names five pharmacies and says prescriptions may move between them without notice. Which one fills a given order is a question for support.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm
- Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
- Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
- What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
- What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
