Short answer. Ivím’s tirzepatide page says “Starting at $117/mo” for the medication and “ongoing membership for only $74.99/ month.” The terms, effective May 27, 2026, say “Access to prescriptions and medication through any Ivim medication program requires an active membership,” that programs run for a fixed number of months and “your membership cannot be canceled mid-term, and you are contractually obligated to pay all remaining fees for the full duration of the program selected,” that a cancellation request “must be made at least 48 hours in advance” of renewal, that “all fees are non-refundable once payment terms are accepted,” and that on cancellation unshipped medication is refunded “less an administrative/restocking fee of $100 for each undeveloped three-month portion of your plan or $50 for each undeveloped two-month portion.” No pharmacy is named.

Ivím Health pairs a medication price with a monthly membership and sells both as fixed-length programs. The product page gives the two starting figures; the terms, the membership agreement and the refund policy explain that the program length is a commitment, what cancelling costs, and what is never refunded. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Ivím Health below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Ivím Health's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.

What the product page says

“Starting at $117/mo” — Ivím Health, compounded tirzepatide page, read October 19, 2026
“Begin your weight loss journey with a free provider consultation, followed by ongoing membership for only $74.99/ month.” — Ivím Health, compounded tirzepatide page
“Compounded tirzepatide medication is not covered by insurance, but Ivím provides affordable pricing options to ensure your weight loss goals stay within reach.” — Ivím Health, compounded tirzepatide page

Two charges: medication “starting at $117/mo” and membership at $74.99 a month, which adds to about $192 a month at the starting price. The page does not publish prices above the starting figure or by dose, and the terms say pricing can change with 30 days’ notice.

What the terms say about membership and program length

“Access to prescriptions and medication through any Ivim medication program requires an active membership with a current, valid payment method on file.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions, effective May 27, 2026
“By enrolling as a member in a Ivim program, you authorize Ivim to automatically charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis for the duration of the program you selected.” — Ivím Health, Membership Agreement
“Each medication program has a fixed duration based on the plan selected, measured in calendar months beginning on the date of purchase (the “Program Period”).” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“Your Program Period expires at the end of its fixed duration regardless of whether you have requested or received all available medication within that period.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“With selecting any two, four, six, or twelve month programs, you are required to be a member for those months as you receive the medication up front and/or must remain an act” — Ivím Health, Canceling Your Membership (page text as published, truncated on the page)
“GLP-1 ID Program medications are not auto-shipped.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide dispensed through the GLP-1 ID Program will be dispensed in increments of no more than 56 days (two 28-day months) per shipment.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions

The program you pick, two to twelve months, is the length of time you are a paying member. Medication is not auto-shipped; each refill needs a clinical review, and shipments are capped at 56 days. The program period runs out on the calendar whether or not you requested all the medication in it.

How to stop, and what it costs

“This request must be made at least 48 hours in advance from the timing of your membership renewal, otherwise, Ivim cannot guarantee the request will be processed in time.” — Ivím Health, Membership Agreement
“You acknowledge that, pursuant to the Membership Agreement and as disclosed during checkout, your membership cannot be canceled mid-term, and you are contractually obligated to pay all remaining fees for the full duration of the program selected.” — Ivím Health, Membership Agreement
“If the final payment of your program has been made, you can cancel your subscription by going to your My Account page, under the Subscriptions tab, and ending your membership effective immediately.” — Ivím Health, Canceling Your Membership
“Upon cancellation, we will refund any unshipped medication, less an administrative/restocking fee of $100 for each undeveloped three-month portion of your plan or $50 for each undeveloped two-month portion (as applies to four- or six-month programs).” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“For example, ending a six-month plan after three months’ shipments would trigger one $100 fee; cancelling a six-month plan after two months would incur two $50 fees for the remaining four months’ supply.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“This fee will be waived entirely if a provider determines you are medically ineligible to continue; for instance, due to pregnancy or other documented contraindications.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“Should you have extenuating circumstances or need to discuss early cancellation of your membership, please reach out to our Patient Experience team at support@ivimhealth.com.” — Ivím Health, Canceling Your Membership

Read together: you can end the membership yourself once the final program payment is made; before that, the membership agreement says it cannot be cancelled mid-term and the remaining fees are owed. Unshipped medication is refunded minus $100 per remaining three-month block or $50 per two-month block, waived only if a clinician finds you medically ineligible. Early cancellation otherwise goes through the Patient Experience team by email.

Refunds

“Because Ivim programs include immediate access to provider scheduling, medical consultations, personalized health coaching, and more, all fees are non-refundable once payment terms are accepted.” — Ivím Health, Membership Agreement
“All prescribed medications are non-refundable, regardless of usage, program duration, or cancellation of membership.” — Ivím Health, Refund and Returns Policy
“Enrollment in a program does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription or continued treatment.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“If a prior authorization is denied or delayed, or if any service, test, treatment, medication, or order is not covered by insurance or another third party for reasons beyond Ivim’s control, the membership fee will not be refunded.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions
“Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute cancellation of a membership under Section 3 of the Membership Agreement and does not suspend or eliminate any payment obligation for services already rendered or medication already dispensed or prepared.” — Ivím Health, Terms and Conditions

Membership fees are non-refundable once accepted, dispensed medication is non-refundable, and enrollment does not guarantee a prescription. The pages we read do not state in plain terms that the medication charge is refunded if a clinician does not prescribe; the only refund path described is the restocking-fee formula for unshipped medication. Ask that question in writing before paying.

The pharmacy

“Ivím only selects FDA-inspected, state-regulated compounding pharmacies that meet regulatory board standards for quality and safety to fulfill our compounded tirzepatide prescriptions for our patients.” — Ivím Health, compounded tirzepatide page

No pharmacy is named on the pages we read. The name of the pharmacy and the source of its active ingredient are reasonable questions to ask support before the first order.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm

  1. Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
  2. Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
  3. What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
  4. What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
