Short answer. Eden’s weight-loss page lists “Tirzepatide $129 /mo” with “Monthly pricing at every dose” and “There is no separate membership fee.” “Plans are offered as a subscription service which you can cancel at any time” from the patient portal, though “Orders that have already been sent to the pharmacy may not be cancellable.” The terms, last revised December 3, 2024, say fees “ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART” except under a published refund policy, that you may cancel “before the cancellation cutoff date as indicated to you at the time you purchase,” and that the weight-loss guarantee requires “26 consecutive weeks” of doses and an in-person weight verification at your cost. The pages do not state whether you are refunded if a clinician does not prescribe.

Eden advertises a single flat price at every dose, no membership fee and a money-back weight-loss warranty, and says it runs its own pharmacy. The parts a patient has to find elsewhere, the cancellation cutoff, what is refundable, and what the warranty actually requires, sit in a terms document that predates the current offer. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Eden below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Eden's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.

What the product page says

“Tirzepatide $129 /mo” — Eden, weight-loss page, read October 19, 2026
“Monthly pricing at every dose” — Eden, weight-loss page
“Your monthly price includes your prescribed Authentic Eden™ medication and the complete care system around it: provider review, doctor-guided clinical support, 24/7 messaging, dose and side-effect guidance, priority delivery, member community, and more. There is no separate membership fee.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“No. The price you see is the price you’ll keep. No second-month increase. No dose-based price hikes. No long-term contract. Your price remains protected while your Eden account stays active, and permitted pauses won’t affect it. If you close your account and later return, the price available at that time will apply.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“Pricing: Our "Same Price at Every Dose" policy ensures consistent pricing regardless of dosage adjustments throughout your program (excluding new member discounts or specific plans). Terms apply.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“Same price per dose offers automatically expire within 24 hours of any price changes for services available through TryEden.com.” — Eden, Terms of Service

The price is $129 a month at every dose with no membership fee, and the page says the price is kept while the account stays active. Two qualifiers come from Eden itself: the same-price policy excludes “new member discounts or specific plans,” and the terms say same-price offers “automatically expire within 24 hours of any price changes.” Closing the account and returning means the then-current price.

What the pages say about renewal and cancellation

“Plans are offered as a subscription service which you can cancel at any time.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“Yes. Eden plans are flexible, with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel from your patient portal. Orders that have already been sent to the pharmacy may not be cancellable, but if an order is still pending, Eden support can help.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“For Subscription Services, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described during the checkout process for the applicable Subscription Services.” — Eden, Terms of Service, last revised December 3, 2024
“You may cancel a subscription at any time before the cancellation cutoff date as indicated to you at the time you purchase a Subscription Service.” — Eden, Terms of Service

It is a subscription that charges automatically, cancellable from the portal. The cutoff is not published; the terms say it is “indicated to you at the time you purchase,” so screenshot that checkout screen. The practical cutoff for any given order is the moment it is sent to the pharmacy.

Refunds

“EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN ANY RETURN OR REFUND POLICY PROVIDED TO YOU ON THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART.” — Eden, Terms of Service
“Prescription medication only available if prescribed after an online consultation with a healthcare provider.” — Eden, weight-loss page

The default in the terms is no refund. The pages we read on October 19, 2026 do not state what happens to the $129 if a clinician does not prescribe, and we found no separate refund policy page. That is the first question to ask Eden support in writing before paying.

The weight-loss warranty

“†Eden’s Weight Loss Warranty: Follow the plan, lose at least 15% in 6 months or get your money back. See Terms of Service for additional details.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“You may be eligible for a refund or program credit if, after strictly following the program as prescribed, you do not lose up to 10% of your body weight within six months.” — Eden, Terms of Service
“Medications: You must take consecutive weekly doses of your prescribed injectable medication (compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide, if available and as prescribed) for 26 consecutive weeks, totaling 26 doses without skipping any doses.” — Eden, Terms of Service
“You will need to schedule a consultation with a third-party healthcare provider, at your sole cost, who will verify your weight loss in person.” — Eden, Terms of Service
“The refund will be limited to your membership fees attributed solely to the eligible service paid over the first six months.” — Eden, Terms of Service

The product page says 15% in six months; the terms we read say 10%. Either way the conditions are strict: 26 consecutive weekly injections with none skipped, every check-in completed, and an in-person weight verification you pay for, submitted within 14 days. The refund covers the first six months of fees only. Treat it as a conditional program, not a general refund right.

The pharmacy

“Authentic Eden™ medication is managed through Eden’s pharmacy model. If prescribed, your medication is prepared by Eden Pharmacy or one of Eden’s vetted U.S. pharmacy partners, each held to Eden standards for sourcing, preparation, quality checks, handling, and delivery.” — Eden, weight-loss page
“If you receive a prescription as a result of your use of the Services, you may select one of the pharmacies we contract with (the " Pharmacy Network") to ship your prescription.” — Eden, Terms of Service

Eden says it operates its own pharmacy and also uses partner pharmacies. Which one fills your prescription is a question for support.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm

  1. Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
  2. Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
  3. What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
  4. What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
