Short answer. BrightMeds’ GLP-1 page lists compounded tirzepatide at “$119/mo” on a 3-month pack (“$357 billed once”) or “$149 for a single month,” at “any dose, same flat price,” with no membership fee and a 100% refund if you are not approved. The terms add what the product page leaves out: both plans “automatically renew” until canceled; cancellation must arrive “at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled renewal date”; the checkout hold “may be charged” if your review is still pending after 5 days; and charges are “non-refundable once your medication has been compounded or dispensed.” Two pharmacies are named.

BrightMeds publishes more of its pricing than most compounded GLP-1 programs: a monthly figure, a pack total, a flat price at every dose and a plain statement that there is no membership fee. What a patient still has to find before paying, when the next charge happens, how far in advance to cancel, and what is refundable after the first click, sits on its terms page and in the fine print of its offer page. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.
Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to BrightMeds below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of BrightMeds' clinical care, which I have no way to assess.
What the product pages say
“Compounded Semaglutide is $129/month month-to-month, or $99/month on the 3-month pack ($297 billed once). Tirzepatide is $149/month month-to-month, or $119/month on the 3-month pack ($357 billed once).” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page, read October 19, 2026
“Any dose — same price. Cancel your month-to-month plan anytime.” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page
“Either way, any dose is the same price and there are no membership or hidden fees.” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page
“New customers who are new to GLP-1 treatment begin at the lowest available dose, and this flat price applies as your dose is gradually increased under your provider's care.” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page
“Customers currently taking a GLP-1 medication or transferring an existing prescription should contact customer support at [email protected] for pricing.” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page
“Offer valid only in the following states: AK, AZ, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.” — BrightMeds, GLP-1 page
Three things to notice. The $119 figure is the 3-month pack divided by three; the month-to-month price is $149. The flat price is described for customers “new to GLP-1 treatment” who start at the lowest dose; patients already on a GLP-1 are told to contact support for pricing, and no figure is published for them. And the offer page lists the states where it is valid, so check the list before you start the intake.
What the terms say about renewal
“By enrolling in a Brightmeds subscription, you authorize Brightmeds LLC and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on file for each subsequent monthly billing period until you cancel.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“The subscription automatically renews every three months at $357 until canceled.” — BrightMeds, tirzepatide 3-month pack page
“We will send a renewal reminder by email to the address associated with your account before each scheduled renewal charge.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“When you submit your payment information, we place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“If your review is still in progress after 5 days, your payment method may be charged the authorized amount automatically before a decision has been made.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“For customers enrolled through a promotional offer, the recurring price will remain the promotional price in effect at the time of enrollment, as stated on the applicable offer or landing page, for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“This promotional price may be lost if the subscription is canceled or interrupted.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Billed once” on the product page describes a single payment per pack, not a one-time purchase: the pack page itself says the $357 renews every three months until canceled, and the month-to-month plan renews monthly. The terms also allow the checkout hold to convert to a charge if the clinical review is still open after five days, and tie the promotional price to staying continuously active, so a pause can mean re-enrolling at whatever price is then published.
How to stop, and when it’s too late
“You can cancel your subscription through your dashboard by logging into your account at https://brightmeds.com/login , by emailing Brightmeds customer support at [email protected] , or by calling us at 1-888-818-7517 .” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Cancellations must be made at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled renewal date.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Cancellation requests received after this deadline may not take effect until the following billing period.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“If your cancellation request is received after your medication for the current billing period has already been compounded, dispensed, or shipped, that order cannot be stopped or redirected.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“There is no minimum subscription term.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
The product page says “cancel anytime”; the terms define what that means in practice: dashboard, email or phone, at least five business days before the renewal date, and not at all for an order that has already been compounded. Put the renewal date in your calendar with a reminder a week ahead, and keep the confirmation email.
Refunds
“If you are not approved for treatment, any amount that was charged or held will be returned to you and you will not owe anything.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once your medication has been compounded or dispensed.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Due to the compounded and temperature-sensitive nature of the medications, dispensed medication cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“The cost of the initial lab test is $100.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the testing performed.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“No laboratory testing fee applies to promotional subscriptions unless otherwise stated.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
The structure is the usual one for compounded products: a full refund if a clinician does not prescribe, and no refund once the pharmacy has compounded or dispensed. The cutoff is “compounded or dispensed,” which is earlier than “shipped.” The $100 lab fee belongs to some programs and is non-refundable; the tirzepatide offer pages say no lab fee applies to that offer.
The pharmacy
“Our portal grants you access to prescription fulfillment offered by the following pharmacies: Southend Pharmacy (the "Pharmacy"), Red Rock Pharmacy (the "Pharmacy"), and is not exclusive to partnerships we may establish with other pharmacies.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
“Based on the medication being filled, pharmacies ship new prescriptions within 3–8 business days.” — BrightMeds, Terms and Conditions
BrightMeds names two pharmacies in its terms, which is more than most programs publish. Which one fills a given prescription, and where that pharmacy sources its active ingredient, are reasonable questions to ask support before the first order.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm
- Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
- Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
- What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
- What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
Frequently asked questions
Is BrightMeds' tirzepatide $119 or $149 a month?
Both figures are on its GLP-1 page. $119 a month is the 3-month pack, billed as $357 at once; $149 is the month-to-month price. The flat price is described for customers new to GLP-1 treatment who start at the lowest dose; patients already taking a GLP-1 are told to contact support for pricing.
Does BrightMeds auto-renew?
Yes, per its own pages. The terms say the month-to-month subscription automatically charges each monthly billing period until you cancel, and the 3-month pack page says the subscription automatically renews every three months at $357 until canceled. A renewal reminder is sent by email.
How do I cancel BrightMeds?
Through your account dashboard, by email, or by calling 1-888-818-7517, at least five business days before your next scheduled renewal date, per the terms. Requests after that deadline may not take effect until the following billing period, and an order already compounded, dispensed or shipped cannot be stopped.
Does BrightMeds give refunds?
A full refund if you are not approved for treatment, per its terms and product pages. Otherwise subscription charges are generally non-refundable once medication has been compounded or dispensed, and dispensed medication cannot be returned. A $100 lab fee on some programs is non-refundable; the tirzepatide offer pages say no lab fee applies to that offer.
Which pharmacy does BrightMeds use?
Its terms name Southend Pharmacy and Red Rock Pharmacy and say the arrangement is not exclusive. The terms state pharmacies ship new prescriptions within 3 to 8 business days.
A program where nothing renews.
$695 for a 3-month plan (any dose, about $232 a month) or $350 for a single month. Refundable until the pharmacy dispenses. Full refund of the medication cost if a licensed clinician does not prescribe. A real person answers within one hour, 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm ET.
