Short answer. Henry Meds’ weight-management page lists “Tirzepatide $234 /mo*” as a “Daily Dissolving Tablet,” “Compounded Oral,” with the asterisk reading “*With a 12-month plan, paid upfront in full.” Its program list prices “Tirzepatide Oral (3-Month Supply)” at “$1,047 ($891 if paid in full).” The terms, last updated August 6, 2026, say renewals “will happen automatically unless you cancel… at least 48 hours before the end of your current subscription term,” collect “a medical consultation fee of $30.00” that is “non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your case and issued a prescription,” deduct “a reasonable processing fee from any refund,” and on multi-month plans say “you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance.” Medication is final sale once shipped.

Henry Meds is one of the longest-running compounded GLP-1 programs, and its headline tirzepatide price is a daily tablet, not a weekly injection, on a prepaid year. Its terms are detailed about what comes out of a refund and what you still owe on a multi-month plan if you stop early. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.
Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Henry Meds below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Henry Meds' clinical care, which I have no way to assess.
What the product pages say
“Daily Dissolving Tablet” — Henry Meds, weight-management page, read October 19, 2026
“Compounded Oral” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
“Tirzepatide $234 /mo*” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
“*With a 12-month plan, paid upfront in full” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
“The price of GLP-1 medication varies by treatment plan and dosing, but starts at $179/month. This includes the cost of your provider visits, medication, supplies, and ongoing support.” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
“Tirzepatide Oral (3-Month Supply) $1,047 ($891 if paid in full)” — Henry Meds, Programs page, last updated December 3, 2025
“Up to 6 mg compounded orally dissolving tirzepatide tablets, taken daily and delivered every 60 days for 6 months.” — Henry Meds, Programs page
Three things to check. The tirzepatide on these pages is a compounded daily tablet; the pages we read list no injectable tirzepatide program. The $234 figure requires paying a full year up front. And the 3-month supply is $1,047, or $891 if paid in full, which is $349 or $297 a month. Henry’s own FAQ says prices vary “by treatment plan and dosing.”
What the terms say about renewal and the $30 fee
“All subscription renewals will happen automatically unless you cancel in the manner described in this Agreement at least 48 hours before the end of your current subscription term.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service, last updated August 6, 2026
“If, following the evaluation, a medical provider determines that treatment is appropriate and writes a prescription under the service you have selected, you will be enrolled in a subscription plan immediately.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“By using the free evaluation, you agree that your payment method on file may be charged immediately upon prescription and enrollment.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“As part of its bundled billing structure, Henry Meds collects a medical consultation fee of $30.00 for each provider evaluation that results in a prescription.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“The consultation fee is non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your case and issued a prescription, even if you later choose not to fill or continue treatment.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“In addition to the non-refundable $30.00 medical consultation fee described above, Henry Meds may deduct a reasonable processing fee from any refund issued.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“This processing fee applies regardless of whether a prescription was issued.” — Henry Meds, Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy
The evaluation is free, but a prescription enrolls you and charges your card immediately. The $30 consultation fee stays with Henry once a prescription exists, even if you never fill it, and the refund policy adds a processing fee that applies whether or not a prescription was issued. The processing fee amount is not published on the pages we read.
How to stop, and when it’s too late
“You can cancel at any time in your account page of the patient portal, by contacting our support team at ask@henrymeds.com, or by calling 909-787-2342. If you’re on a multi-month plan, you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance unless you’re unable to continue for medical-related reasons as determined by a healthcare provider” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
“Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“You can cancel online, 24 hours a day, through your account in just two clicks from the homepage.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“You remain responsible for any charges incurred up through the effective date of a subscription cancellation, consistent with the Subscription Terms.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
Cancelling is described as easy, and it probably is. The sentence to read twice is the one about multi-month plans: you “may be required to pay out the rest of your balance” unless a clinician determines you cannot continue for medical reasons. On a 12-month plan at $234 a month, that is the whole year.
Refunds
“No refunds are available for a partially used subscription period, except where required under applicable law.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“Refunds are limited to situations where you are no longer medically eligible to continue your therapy(ies).” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“If you are deemed ineligible for treatment after enrollment, we will refund any subscription charges, less applicable fees.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“Prescription medications dispensed by licensed pharmacies are final sale and may not be returned or refunded once shipped, in accordance with pharmacy law and patient-safety standards.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“The report of damage, defect, or excursion was submitted more than forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.” — Henry Meds, Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy (listed among cases where no refund, replacement or credit is provided)
If you are found ineligible after enrollment, subscription charges are refunded “less applicable fees,” meaning the $30 and the processing fee. Otherwise refunds are limited to loss of medical eligibility; a change of mind is not a refund reason. Shipped medication is final, and a damaged-shipment report has a 48-hour window.
The pharmacy
“After a Provider writes a prescription, you may choose to have the prescription filled through one of our affiliated Pharmacies, or through a pharmacy of your choice.” — Henry Meds, Terms of Service
“Henry Meds exclusively works with licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and only dispenses compounded medications pursuant to a valid prescription.” — Henry Meds, weight-management page
No pharmacy is named on the pages we read. The name of the pharmacy and the source of its active ingredient are reasonable questions to ask support before the first order.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm
- Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
- Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
- What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
- What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
