Short answer. GobyMeds’ pricing page lists a compounded tirzepatide “3-Month Starter Bundle” for “first-time patients” at “Total $399,” shown as “$133/month”; 12-week bundles for higher doses run “$499” to “$599” and a single month at any dose is “$299.” Pricing is “based on the highest weekly dose” in your plan. There is no subscription: the terms say GobyMeds “does not currently offer subscriptions, memberships, automatically recurring billing, or automatic renewals.” If no prescription is issued you get “a full refund”; if you cancel after a clinician has reviewed you, GobyMeds “may charge, or retain from your refund, a consultation or clinical-review fee of $50”; and dispensed medication “generally cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.” No pharmacy is named.

GobyMeds sells compounded tirzepatide as one-time bundles rather than a subscription, and its terms say so plainly. The two things a patient has to work out from its pages are what a given bundle will cost, because the price moves with the highest dose in the plan, and what a $50 fee in the terms applies to. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to GobyMeds below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of GobyMeds' clinical care, which I have no way to assess.

What the pricing pages say

“For first-time patients beginning their GLP-1/GIP compounded tirzepatide journey. Bundle includes 12 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit. Total $399” — GobyMeds, product pricing page, read October 19, 2026
“Ideal for patients at a higher non-starter dose or wanting to titrate up to a higher therapeutic dose. Pricing is based on the highest weekly dose included in your 12-week plan.” — GobyMeds, product pricing page
“Maintenance plan 1.5mg-3mg - $399 Plans reaching up to 9mg/week - $499 Plans reaching 11mg/week or higher - $599” — GobyMeds, product pricing page
“One month at any dosage.” — GobyMeds, product pricing page ($299 single month)
“Plans start at $133/month with our 3-month Starter Bundle ($399 total).” — GobyMeds, compounded tirzepatide page
“A single month at any dosage is $299, and 12-week bundles range from $499 to $599 depending on your dose.” — GobyMeds, compounded tirzepatide page
“Every price includes your provider consultation, prescription, four weekly injections per month, and free refrigerated overnight shipping — no hidden fees, membership, or subscription.” — GobyMeds, compounded tirzepatide page

The $133 figure is the $399 starter bundle divided by three, and it is for first-time patients. After the starter bundle, a 12-week plan costs $399, $499 or $599 depending on the highest weekly dose it reaches, and a single month is $299. The same tirzepatide page also shows “Starting at $166/m*” near the top while quoting $133 further down, and both pricing pages still display a “Jumpstart” promo described as available “through December 31st, 2025.” Confirm the live price for your dose at checkout.

What the terms say about renewal

“GobyMeds operates on a single-payment-per-order basis.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service, last updated June 17, 2026
“GobyMeds does not currently offer subscriptions, memberships, automatically recurring billing, or automatic renewals.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“To request additional services, evaluations, laboratory testing, or medication, you must submit a new order and complete any required intake or clinical review process.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“When purchasing a 3-month bundle, a temporary authorization hold for the full bundle amount is placed on your card when you order, but the payment is only captured after a provider reviews your intake and issues a prescription.” — GobyMeds, help center: pricing, billing, shipping and order policies

Nothing renews, and each refill is a new order with a new review. The card is held for the full bundle at order and captured only once a prescription is issued. Note the help center says bundle prices are “a breakdown of the total bundle price, not an installment plan,” so the $399 is paid at once.

How to stop, and when it’s too late

“You may request cancellation by contacting GobyMeds customer support at customersupport@gobymeds.com.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“A cancellation request is not effective unless and until confirmed by GobyMeds or, where applicable, the independent medical group, participating provider, pharmacy, laboratory, collection site, or other service provider whose action is required to stop the order.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“If a participating provider has issued a prescription or laboratory order, or if an independent pharmacy, laboratory, collection site, or other service provider has begun processing the order, GobyMeds cannot guarantee cancellation.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“Use the Decline button in your Patient Portal before the prescription is auto-sent to the pharmacy and contact Customer Support to request cancellation.” — GobyMeds, help center

Because there is no subscription, “cancelling” at GobyMeds means stopping an order you already placed. The window is before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy; the help center describes a Decline button in the portal for that moment, and the terms say a request is not effective until confirmed. Email, then watch for the confirmation.

Refunds

“If you paid for a medication order through the GobyMeds platform and, after clinical review, the applicable participating provider does not issue a prescription, determines that the requested treatment or medication is not clinically appropriate, or medication cannot be dispensed through the platform for reasons not caused by your voluntary cancellation, failure to complete required steps, false or misleading information, payment failure, fraud, misuse, diversion, or violation of these Terms, GobyMeds will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of amounts paid to GobyMeds for that order.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“In that circumstance, GobyMeds will not charge or retain a consultation fee or clinical-review fee.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“If your order is otherwise able to proceed, but you voluntarily cancel, withdraw, decline treatment, decline to use a prescription, or otherwise stop the order after clinical-review or order-processing costs have been incurred at your request, including after a participating provider has reviewed your information or communicated with you, after a prescription has been issued, or after pharmacy-processing, laboratory, fulfillment, shipping, or other order-related costs have been incurred, GobyMeds may charge, or retain from your refund, a consultation or clinical-review fee of $50, or another amount disclosed at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“If medication has been dispensed, packaged, labeled, shipped, delivered to a carrier, or otherwise released by the pharmacy for fulfillment, the medication portion of the order generally cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service
“Can I get a refund at GobyMeds? No. Due to FDA regulations, all prescriptions are final sale and non-refundable.” — GobyMeds, home page FAQ

Read together: a full refund, with no fee, if a clinician does not prescribe; a possible $50 consultation fee kept if you change your mind after the review has happened; and no refund once the pharmacy has dispensed. The home page FAQ answers the refund question with a flat “No,” while the terms carve out the no-prescription case, so the terms are the page to rely on and to quote back if needed.

The pharmacy

“If approved, your provider will issue a prescription for you that is sent to a trusted GobyMeds' 503A or 503B pharmacy partner, licensed in your state.” — GobyMeds, home page
“Orders involving prescription medication are fulfilled, dispensed, packaged, labeled, and released for shipment by independent licensed pharmacies, not by GobyMeds.” — GobyMeds, Terms of Service

No pharmacy is named on the pages we read. The name of the pharmacy and the source of its active ingredient are reasonable questions to ask support before the first order.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm

  1. Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
  2. Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
  3. What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
  4. What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
