Short answer. Found’s compounded tirzepatide page says “Cash pay: $219 your first month, then $359/mo on the month-to-month plan,” and “Longer terms lower the price per cycle: $309/mo on 3 months, $289/mo on 6 months, and $239/mo on 12 months.” With insurance it is “$149 your first month, then $289/mo,” plus a visit copay. Prices are “per 28-day cycle,” “Same price every dose,” and “Medication is included in your plan price.” The terms, last updated November 13, 2024, say subscriptions are “automatically charged at regular intervals… until you cancel,” that you cancel by email or in the app and “Your cancellation will be effective within 24 hours,” and that “subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.” Whether you are refunded if a clinician does not prescribe is not stated.

Found publishes a full price grid for compounded tirzepatide, split between insurance and cash tracks and across one- to twelve-month terms, with the first month discounted. That is more than most programs show. The rules on renewal and refunds sit in a terms document from late 2024 that is shorter on specifics than the price grid. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.

Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Found below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Found's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.

What the pricing page says

“Cash pay: $219 your first month, then $359/mo on the month-to-month plan.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page, read October 19, 2026
“Longer terms lower the price per cycle: $309/mo on 3 months, $289/mo on 6 months, and $239/mo on 12 months.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page (cash)
“With insurance: $149 your first month, then $289/mo on the month-to-month plan.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page
“A synchronous video visit is required on this track and is billed through your insurance at your visit copay, typically around $30.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page (insurance track)
“Every price below is per 28-day cycle and covers your clinical care, your medication, and your membership.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page
“Same price every dose” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page
“Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA- approved or evaluated for safety or efficacy, and not available in all states.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page

The first-month price is a discount; the ongoing cash price month to month is $359. Longer prepaid terms bring it down to $239 a month on a year. The insurance track is cheaper per month but adds a video-visit copay billed through your plan. Prices are per 28-day cycle, so there are 13 cycles in a year, not 12.

What the terms say about renewal

“Certain Services and products available for purchase through the Platforms require that you purchase the product on a subscription basis, which means that your payment device will be automatically charged at regular intervals (as described in more detail in the offer terms presented during the checkout process) until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Te” — Found, Terms & Conditions, last updated November 13, 2024 (sentence as published)
“YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“The subscription fee will not increase during the initial program commitment period (“Original Commitment Term”).” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“Certain subscription plans include the cost of particular medications in the monthly subscription fee, if the prescription is filled at one of the Pharmacies, while other subscription plans do not.” — Found, Terms & Conditions

It renews automatically at the interval chosen at checkout, and the price is fixed for the initial commitment term. The terms also say some plans include medication and some do not; the tirzepatide page says medication is included on that plan, but confirm at checkout which kind you are buying.

How to stop, and when it’s too late

“You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“Your cancellation will be effective within 24 hours.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“You can also cancel in the app by clicking the "Cancel Membership" link in your Account Details page on the app or the portal.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“Your access to Providers and prescription medication will be suspended as of the date of cancellation.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“If you cancel near the end of your billing period and are inadvertently charged for the next period’s fee, contact [email protected] to have the charges reversed.” — Found, Terms & Conditions

No notice period in days: email or the app, effective within 24 hours, and the terms say an accidental charge right after cancelling can be reversed on request. Note that access to clinicians and medication stops on the cancellation date, so time it after your last refill arrives. The pages do not say how a 3-, 6- or 12-month prepaid term is handled if you cancel partway through.

Refunds

“To the extent permitted by law, subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“All purchases through the Platform are final and all charges are nonrefundable except as otherwise set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.” — Found, Terms & Conditions
“For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.” — Found, Terms & Conditions

The default is final sale, with refunds at Found’s discretion. The pages we read on October 19, 2026 do not state what happens to the first-month charge if a clinician does not prescribe, or how a prepaid multi-month term is refunded if you stop early. Both are worth asking in writing before you pay.

The pharmacy

“Found partners exclusively with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies located in the United States.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page
“Your compounded tirzepatide + B12/Glycine is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to your door.” — Found, compounded tirzepatide pricing page

No pharmacy is named on the pages we read, and the product is described as tirzepatide combined with B12 and glycine. The name of the pharmacy and the source of its active ingredient are reasonable questions to ask support before the first order.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm

  1. Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
  2. Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
  3. What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
  4. What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
