Short answer. Noom’s Med pricing page lists a “GLP-1 Rx Plus Program” targeting “GLP-1 and GIP receptors” at “$149” “To get started. $299/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly),” and a “GLP-1 Rx Program” at “$129” then “$249/mo.” Both are “All-inclusive pricing: clinical care, medication, and digital program included.” The pages do not name the medication in the Plus program. The terms, last updated December 9, 2025, say “Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period,” that “You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date,” and that “We do not provide a refund or credit for partially used billing periods.” Whether you are refunded if a clinician does not prescribe is not stated.

Noom is best known for its app, and its medical program bundles the app, clinical care and medication into one quarterly-billed subscription. The pricing page is clear about the start price and the ongoing monthly figure; the billing cadence, the cancellation deadline and the refund position are in the terms. This article puts those sentences next to the marketing.
Disclosure first: I founded SkinnyVIP, a compounded tirzepatide program with different terms, and I compare them at the end. Everything attributed to Noom Med below is quoted from its own published pages on October 19, 2026, with links, and the quotes are chosen to answer the questions patients actually ask: when is money refundable, what renews, and how do you stop it. Nothing here is a judgment of Noom Med's clinical care, which I have no way to assess.
What the pricing pages say
“GLP-1 Rx Plus Program” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page, read October 19, 2026
“$149” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page (GLP-1 Rx Plus)
“To get started. $299/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly)” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page (GLP-1 Rx Plus)
“To get started. $249/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly)” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page (GLP-1 Rx, $129 to start)
“All-inclusive pricing: clinical care, medication, and digital program included” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page
“$279/month, billed as $837 for 12-weeks recurring.” — Noom Med, GLP-1Rx page
“Costs of medications may not be included depending on plan selection.” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page
“Compounded medications, if prescribed, are not reviewed by FDA for safety, efficacy or quality.” — Noom Med, plans and pricing page
“The program is currently available in all U.S. states except Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi.” — Noom Med, GLP-1Rx page
The start price covers a first four-week supply; after that the program is billed quarterly at three times the monthly figure. The Plus program, described as acting on “GLP-1 and GIP receptors,” is $149 to start and $299 a month after. The pages we read do not name the medication in that program, and the GLP-1Rx page quotes two different ongoing figures ($249 and $279) for the standard program, so confirm the live number at checkout.
What the terms say about renewal
“Your subscription to the Service includes enrollment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use, last updated December 9, 2025
“Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period, unless canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“We will begin billing the same payment method we otherwise have on-file for your subscription at the then-current, non-promotional price after your promotion ends, unless you cancel prior to the end of your promotion or unless otherwise disclosed.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
The start price is a promotion; after it ends, billing continues at the non-promotional price for the quarter. Renewals happen at whatever price is in effect at the time, and the terms say price changes can be made at any time subject to notice law.
How to stop, and when it’s too late
“You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“To cancel your subscription to the Service, log into your account and follow the instructions on your account page.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period or free trial period, as applicable, unless otherwise disclosed.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“If you obtain a Noom subscription via a third party application store (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play) (each, an ‘App Store’), that subscription is also subject to the third party’s terms” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
The deadline is the night before the billing date, Eastern time, through the account page. Because the program is billed quarterly, a missed deadline is a three-month charge rather than a one-month one. If you subscribed through an app store, cancellation runs through that store.
Refunds
“We do not provide a refund or credit for partially used billing periods, although we may provide such refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“In all other instances, all fees and charges assessed by us are non-refundable except as expressly promoted by Noom and to the extent that you qualify for such promotion.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“If you are a resident of California, provided that no more than three (3) business days have elapsed since you signed up for your subscription, you may also rescind your agreement with us and seek a refund.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“Medications require consultation and prescription by clinician through Noom platform. Not all customers will qualify for prescription.” — Noom Med, GLP-1Rx page
No refunds for a partly used quarter except at Noom’s discretion, and a three-business-day rescission right for California residents. The pages we read do not state what happens to the start price if a clinician does not prescribe; the GLP-1Rx page says only that not all customers will qualify. Ask that in writing before paying.
The pharmacy
“There are some prescriptions for compounded medications that are not generally available at local pharmacies, and those prescriptions can only be dispensed by a pharmacy partner on our platform.” — Noom, Terms and Conditions of Use
“Compounded semaglutide available through Noom-GLP1ᴿˣ is produced in an FDA-registered facility but has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.” — Noom Med, GLP-1Rx page
No pharmacy is named on the pages we read. The name of the pharmacy, and what medication is in the Plus program, are reasonable questions to ask before paying.

Before you switch any program: four things to confirm
- Where the refund cutoff sits. "Routed to the pharmacy," "dispensed," and "shipped" are three different moments, sometimes days apart. Know which one your program uses.
- Whether the next charge is already scheduled. If a plan renews, find the renewal date and the cancellation deadline in writing before you do anything else.
- What a cancellation actually costs. A notice period, a re-rating of discounted months, or a non-refundable consultation fee can all apply. Read the sentence that says so.
- What continuity looks like. Ask any new program how quickly a licensed clinician reviews your intake and when the first shipment arrives, so there is no gap in doses.
